Very unprofessional and non responsive when you try to get in contact with her. She does not communicate with anyone instead she wants to give people attitude. Very rude. She shouldn’t even be in business if this is how she moves!!!

Literally have to beg this woman to send me a copy of my tax returns. Albeit it’s been late and we are in a pandemic. I never rushed her to file my taxes. However once she filed taxes. I waited a couple a weeks and I requested my returns. After 6 separate request weeks apart. It’s now August and I still have not received my returns or my taxes return documents.
Filed with this person last year and she won't return any of my calls or answer when I call both the cell and personal number. Apparently didn't give me full tax info and now I am having issues. If the owner sees this message please contact me.
