I can't understand why someone would have a negative review for Janice. She went above and beyond for me.
Janice is amazing! She has been doing my taxes for the last 7 years with great patience and sound advice. Recently, she even helped us with a great recommendation when buying our first home that saved us a lot of money by alerting us to a local program that our loan officer didn't even know about!
She completely failed me! Failed to file extension of my taxes and lied about it! Do yourself a favor and do not do business with her unless you are looking for trouble!
