Jared is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. In addition he is an avid golfer which makes his golf oriented training just what I had hoped.
Jared really helped me by pinpointing the areas that still needed work and designing a very targeted program to achieve the desired results.
I had a great experience here. I began tournament golf this year and had some fitness work to do. I came in with very little knowledge of how to properly train and left feeling confident that I can continue to progress. Since I started I have gained an easy 15 yards or more per club, flexibility, stability, and it has all been with easy lifestyle modifications and an easy to manage time commitment in the gym.
