I had an awful experience with your company. A young man named Mark and another gentleman did my delivery. When Mark went to install the new dishwasher, he didn't seem like he knew what to do. I had to tell him some of the steps. Then he stripped the threads on the new dishwasher and said he couldn't install it. I had them reinstall my old dishwasher and that was done incorrectly and is now inoperable. He also did not tighten a pipe back correctly which caused flooding in my kitchen.
