Failed to deliver our fridge 5 times before the manufacturer let me know that it had been lost by J.B. Hunt. Completely unprofessional, disorganized and infuriating to deal with.
Terrible service. JB HUNT TRANSPORT INC. They have repeatedly claimed to attempt delivery but then claim we missed them. Today again for the third time did not call us (I even added a second phone number to make sure), did not try to press the call button at the service entrance, contact he door man, contact the mail room. If i knew Home Depot had such poor delivery services I would not have made the order and wasted three weeks on this build timeline. Order number WE17509557 in case you want to find the truck driver.
JBHunt is not the only one there. There's 2 or 3 more companies there. Look around and watch for tight parking spot
