Driving down the 25 today this genius decides to run us into the shoulder. Had plenty of time to get over and give us room. I guess he owns the road?

Worst "last mile" delivery ever. No contact from the company. I called to get a refined ETA 5 hours into the 10 hour window, then was told they'd call back... Never happened. Called back after my delivery window had passed and they told me it appears they couldn't find the item. Multi-thousand dollar item. Hours wasted for no reason. Instead of offering to find it and get it to me ASAP, they schedule for a week out again, in the hopes it shows back up... Never again with this company.
I had a truck driver lose his mind on Friday. He got physical with one of my guys. Forget jb hunt. We won’t be using them again.
