Hard working, meticulous, and friendly.
I want to start by saying that Cameron is a great guy—he’s genuinely pleasant to work with and was kind throughout the whole process. That said, our overall experience with JB Formal Wear was unfortunately very stressful and ended up causing major issues on our wedding day. The staff is gifted and truly delightful. I tip my hat to them. However, they are under resourced with limited quantity. The owner is responsive, but not present and over burdened. Our order was mishandled and never delivered. The last mile of service had to be coordinated by our own staff. A partial refund was provided, but based on our experience, I couldn’t provide a recommendation. I will explore other options for future purchases.
I rented a tuxfrom here for my wedding and it went seamlessly. Cameron was exceptionally helpful and was very communicative when it came to the fitting, picking up, and dropping off. He knows his stuff and I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family.
