As my husband , in a mobility wheelchair and I, 71 years old, were standing at the corner of A1A and Shepard Ave.July 30,2024 at approximately 2:15 pm. to cross the street, a JB bus accelerated from a stopped red light to green, and from the exhaust rear pipes emanated a thick black plum of diesel , chocking, oxygen depleting stench that caused us to note your name and to never use your negligent anti humanity service. Shame on you!!!! Maintain your vehicles as you profit millions dollars…

Dirty unforgiving very unprofessional wouldn't recommend! Yall need to clean you're stuff up!
I am very hurt and disappointed. Our basketball team is in Kentucky as I speak and the drivers told us the bus needed service. We were told by the mechanic that the bus is ready to go anywhere we need to go. We later find out that they have removed all our items and checked out the hotel The drivers are trying to leave us with 46 girls and no way home.
