Horrible experience with Jennifer. Dropped my taxes off Feb 7th and gave it a couple of weeks and finally called to see what was going on. After 6 unanswered phone calls I went to the office to express concerns. Got a call the next day that they lost software and that they would get them done. Gave them another chance and another 3 weeks went by unanswered. Finally after 4 months and not meeting the deadline I had to go collect my taxes and take them somewhere else where they did them the next day. Very unprofessional in my ... read more
