Jake used to be such a great guy to work with. I used him for years. I think he’s in over his head now and dropped so many balls with my taxes this year. Worst of all, he never finished my deceased mom’s taxes but didn’t tell me he didn’t do them. So many instances of me needing to make multiple voicemails and texts and being ghosted by him.
Jesse is my go to guy for taxes! Flawless process and he made it so easy. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
