a perfect workout – This is the perfect workout for me. It is adaptable, meaning you can dance low or high impact. You can adjust the workout to fit your age and fitness level. It ends with great core work and weights for a balanced workout. The hour flies by while listening to music. Following the dance steps is easy and gets easier as you get used to it. My instructor, Ann, is so great. I am older but not old enough for Silver Sneakers but too old for the hard core step classes.

not a christian facility – For a Christian facility the overseers have dropped the ball in allowing some really sleazy instructors to continue to represent them while behaving in direct contrast to what the Y says it stands for. It would be a good thing for those in charge to take a closer look at both workers and their supervisors. The Y has too much to offer to let a few drag down its reputation.
