Feel ripped off by owner James. Transporting a sofa 50 miles away and bringing a sofabed back home, I was quoted £250 and had to pay a £50 deposit. Shaun on the day was excellent and I gave him £50 for dismantling / rebuilding the sofabed which took less than half an hour. I paid the £250 cash on the day forgetting I'd previously paid a deposit online. When I asked for the £50 deposit back James refused. It spoilt what had been a positive experience on the day with Shaun and I've ended up paying £350 for a £250 job.
Great service, James and his team were terrific. Friendly, v helpful, nothing too much trouble. James went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan. Highly recommended.
Honestly can no fault the team! Moved us from Stockport to Todmorden with ease. All of the guys were really polite and took care of our belongings! Everything arrived in once piece! Thanks 😊
