He does not listen and nor is he prepared when in court. Only collects his money snd makes you loose your case. Protrays to be honest but is not. Does not care about his client only cares to collect his monies. VERY SHADY
In september I had a court date and I found myself repersenting my own case because mr.Lutzky did not show up,instead sent a intern that did not say anything,I then spoke with mr.Lutzky and he said on the next court date he would repersent me and not charge me again since I was not satisfied ,so I think being that he will do that it shows good character,I am waiting to see what the final out will be in january,Then I will rate my reviews.
Today I went in to my scheduled appointment with Jayson Lutzky for a divorce I am looking to proceed with and I had high expectations based on high reviews from different websites. After coming in today the receptionist started off very unprofessional and unorganized. I gave her the information she asked for but upon asking for my social security number which I refused she began to get an attitude because I did not provide that information for her.
