Great experience!
Went into this place last week and I was surprised how knowledgeable they were. Most stores like this have inexperienced sales staff but Adam knows his bikes inside and out. He was so helpful and made us feel comfortable enough to purchase two ebikes. Highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for a kids bike, adult, or e-bike. Great selection too.
Couldn't be happier. Decided to upgrade my 30 year old bicycle and after researching options with big box stores, sporting goods stores and other bike shops, ended up purchasing a new Specialized Crossroads from Jay's. Adam was patient with me, exploring the options, finding the right fit, and not only letting me ride different sizes , but encouraging me to ride them multiple times. Recently bought two Aventon Adventure bikes before we took our trip up north, Adam made it happen quickly, he had all the accessories we needed in stock. Just brought them in today for 100 mile service. That was also quick, I was in and out in no time flat. Thanks for the service after the sale!
If I could give more stars to this guy I would. He is AMAZING by all means! I had the toughest time trying to find the famous aventon soltera 2 ebike. After me and my boyfriend getting scammed we finally came across this bike shop that had the color I wanted in the size I wanted. Small Blue. My boyfriend wanted black Large and he had them BOTH!
