I feel this store is very mismanaged and unhelpful and they are very impolite and rude. I ordered an ornament online on 12/5 and today (12/7) I was informed via email that my ornament has arrived at the store and is available for pick up. At the store, they asked for my name at least five times after I had provided it to them along with the order number.
