Very pleased with my first time purchase of a love seat. Juanita was very helpful and I was never pressured to buy. Delivery went great! So thank you to the 2 gentlemen sorry don’t know the names who delivered it and said it was the easiest delivery they had done in a while. I appreciate you both and being willing to move it to any location we wanted it. It didn’t go unnoticed. Polite and friendly would totally go back!
Wow! Incredible service. I had a good conversation with the owner's and associates before, during and even after our purchase but, never did I feel that cheesy "make the sale" pressure to buy. Clean spacious sales floor and clearly marked prices. All around good experience. We will be back.

Austin & Tyson were so kind and helpful. They arrived ahead of schedule, which helped my day move along. They were in and out, assembled everything for me and placed where I needed it. They were very professional and removed all the packing materials and took with them. I will most definitely be using Jay's Furniture again soon!!
Jessica from sales was awsome and Brittani from customer service was very helpfull. The store had many opptions to pick from and we walked out smiling and were getting our furniture delivered the next day!

We bought the Catnapper sofa and loveseat from Jay and he was great to work with. Very down to earth and personable. We also bought end tables and a coffee table. And a twin bed. I love everything. Austin & another young man, put things together quickly & professionally. They took care in our home and were patient when I asked questions.
