DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called this company, I needed a tow. My truck was stuck in mud in a open grass field literally 4 ft off the road side, just needed it pulled into the road. very simple tow and I was less than 5 miles from the company. The lady who answered the phone said it was going to cost me over $300. I understand people have to make a living but come on smh
I greatly appreciate Jay’s determination to get my truck running. He did everything possible on the side of the road, to get me rolling again. After accepting that the problem needed to be checked by Freightliner, Jay had his crew come with two heavy tow trucks. One to haul the trailer to his yard, and the other to haul my truck to Freightliner. His son James IV, is professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and very mature for a young man.
