He picked us up on the side of the interstate. Was there in about 15 minutes! He was very respectful, kind, and made sure we were out of harms way first thing! Didn’t take but a few minutes to load the car and we were on our way. Delivered us right to our tire shop. There’s only 5 stars on here, but I give him a 10!!!! He’s definitely the man to call!

Used the wrecker service for a vehicle that I had lost the only key too 🤭 There was a slight miscommunication on a pick up time and it left the driver, David, sitting at our hate for a moment. In todays fast pacwd world many, infact most would have been irritated and inpatient. Not David, he was super friendly and very accomidating, both of which are harf to find these days. So you thank you David for the reminder that we still have good ole folks out in this world!

Courtney and Daisy sprung a 3.5% credit card processing fee on us, at time of checkout. Si, I confronted the issue and told them they should absorb that fee if its not posted somewhere either on their website or on the wall at the register. Daisy snapped and told me that they cannot control that. I responded I get that you cannot control the fees but you can control communicating this upfront. I greatly appreciate Jay’s determination to get my truck running. He did everything possible on the side of the road, to get me rolling again. After accepting that the problem needed to be checked by Freightliner, Jay had his crew come with two heavy tow trucks. One to haul the trailer to his yard, and the other to haul my truck to Freightliner. His son James IV, is professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and very mature for a young man.
