Courtney and Daisy sprung a 3.5% credit card processing fee on us, at time of checkout. Si, I confronted the issue and told them they should absorb that fee if its not posted somewhere either on their website or on the wall at the register. Daisy snapped and told me that they cannot control that. I responded I get that you cannot control the fees but you can control communicating this upfront. HORRIBLE customer service! If your busy, let your customers know it'll be a good week or 2 before they can get to you. We waisted alot of time & money! Will not make this mistake again

I had an accident on interstate 55 this afternoon and Jay's Auto Repair and Towing was called to do the towing. The driver, Charlie, was super nice and helpful. He was very quick to load my vehicle, extremely polite, and very professional. Very thankful for him. He took very good care of my vehicle while loading it. Would definitely recommend this company.

I greatly appreciate Jay’s determination to get my truck running. He did everything possible on the side of the road, to get me rolling again. After accepting that the problem needed to be checked by Freightliner, Jay had his crew come with two heavy tow trucks. One to haul the trailer to his yard, and the other to haul my truck to Freightliner. His son James IV, is professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and very mature for a young man. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called this company, I needed a tow. My truck was stuck in mud in a open grass field literally 4 ft off the road side, just needed it pulled into the road. very simple tow and I was less than 5 miles from the company. The lady who answered the phone said it was going to cost me over $300. I understand people have to make a living but come on smh
