Courtney and Daisy sprung a 3.5% credit card processing fee on us, at time of checkout. Si, I confronted the issue and told them they should absorb that fee if its not posted somewhere either on their website or on the wall at the register. Daisy snapped and told me that they cannot control that. I responded I get that you cannot control the fees but you can control communicating this upfront. HORRIBLE customer service! If your busy, let your customers know it'll be a good week or 2 before they can get to you. We waisted alot of time & money! Will not make this mistake again

I greatly appreciate Jay’s determination to get my truck running. He did everything possible on the side of the road, to get me rolling again. After accepting that the problem needed to be checked by Freightliner, Jay had his crew come with two heavy tow trucks. One to haul the trailer to his yard, and the other to haul my truck to Freightliner. His son James IV, is professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and very mature for a young man. I had an accident on interstate 55 this afternoon and Jay's Auto Repair and Towing was called to do the towing. The driver, Charlie, was super nice and helpful. He was very quick to load my vehicle, extremely polite, and very professional. Very thankful for him. He took very good care of my vehicle while loading it. Would definitely recommend this company.

If you need any work done to your vehicle look no further.I am a Diesel Salesman, and I come here every couple of months, and Jay the Owner, and Ashley are the best people you could meet.I visited here today, and I told them about my air going out, and they pulled it back just like that, and drained the A/C System, and within 30 minutes it’s so cold you can’t keep it on high.Donnie in the shop did the work, and what a nice guy.Gave me a water, and explained each step to me.
