Picked up multiple portable basketball goals and delivered them to Yamhill, OR. Jaypro Sports shipping department is amazing. They had the entire load ready and staged for loading. I checked in at the front office, who were very helpful and efficient, then proceeded around the building past UPS loading docs, through the chain link fence to load. The shipper was out back waiting on me to back in. Loading was simple and painless! Great job to Jaypro Sports for going above and beyond to make this a in & out positive experience.
Poor customer service.With a completely outfitted Jaypro sports facility, 10 basketball hoops, 14 volleyball nets it's extremely difficult to get any sort of customer service. Very difficult to get techs out here and do inspections or any other service call.
