I was thoroughly satisfied dealing with Jayne. I was renewing my mortgage, and needed someone to do the leg work to find different rates. Jayne was prompt in responding and we were able to set up a phone call shortly after to discuss the options. She was thorough in explaining the options available, and was very helpful in deciding which direction to go. Would definitely recommend.
