I went to see Jayne as I have been struggling with anxiety. I immediately felt at ease with her kind, gentle manner. Her rooms are so clean and calm and every time I went for a treatment I experienced a deep feeling of relaxation which I then took away with me. I would highly recommend Jayne for anyone considering acupuncture.
I went to see Jayne for acupuncture due to trying to conceive and I've really felt the benefits of accupunctute. Jayne is very knowledgeable when it comes to fertility acupuncture, she's lovely and is very reliable, never cancelling a session. Acupuncture has helped my mental health as well as general health and I'd recommend Jayne Almond acupuncture in a heart beat.
I visited Jayne with Bells palsy there has been significant improvement after her treatment. She also sugested I use a hot water bottle on my face followed by gentle massage. Jayne is professional knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend her .
