Jaylon took the time to listen to me and what I want in a provider and for my care. More importantly, before performing a procedure she asks for consent and WAITS for me to be ready! I’ve had providers who just go ahead and do things and don’t explain what they’re doing or when. This seems simple but it is very appreciated!
