Took my niece wedding dress shopping. We found the dress she loved. The employees were very helpful and had all information we needed to make a purchase the same day.
Not even an exchange. We spent over $1500 on dresses and they would not even take into consideration and exchange or work with us anyway. Will never do business here again.
I was so discouraged before I went to JB because I had ordered and returned so many dresses online and also had a less than helpful experience at another chain store in Lubbock. But the moment I walked in, these kind and helpful ladies went to work making sure I had options at my fingertips. I was shopping solo so they also served as my girl squad as I came out to check out each dress. They have formals but also really cute boutique dresses too. I said yes to the dress here 🥰

I get married in one week and I was stressing on finding the right dress I’m so thankful that my gps led me to this beautiful store the girls that were working were amazing and very helpful!!! I definitely definitely recommend coming here to buy your wedding or prom dresses 🥹
