El is wonderful. Very thorough in understanding clients needs. a lovely holistic but practical approach. massage was relaxing and therapeutic and i look forward to doing some other therapies such as breath work as she creates a wonderful space.
My wife Carolina after her session booked me in to see El after running the Transend Ultra on the weekend, combining the massage and guided meditation was great and I felt like I could unwind and relax my entire body. Thanks again El!
