I called to set up payment arrangements on a bill I had in collections with them. I spoke with Crystal who was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She explained everything to me, answered my questions, and was very professional. They offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment options which worked out perfectly. I hope the payment process goes smoothly and debt is settled fully within a couple of weeks, the only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because I haven't actually made a payment with them yet.

These debt collectors are bottom feeding thieves. I have been advised to consult KS Attorney General regarding the corruption of vandervelde collections, this is my next step.
