Jay is a really genuine and lovely guy who is happy to help, even if it's to give some great advice free of charge. Would highly recommend his shop and brand as a whole
Cracked my phone again, however this time I tried Jay Tee's. It took a couple of days and cost £100. I bought a lanyard so my phone is hanging around my neck and less chance a breaking it again. The customer service was excellent.

As soon as I left Jay Tee's shop, I started composing my review. Let me start at the beginning, I've been in Cheltenham for several months and here for at least a couple more.
