I had the pleasure of having Mike and Myles deliver my new washer recently. Mike made the effort to call me directly the day of delivery and let me know a very specific timeframe (within the timeframe that Rona gave me when i made the purchase), and I was able to meet them at my door and welcome them in, despite working from home. Myles and Travis were great. They called ahead to confirm arrival then we’re able to offer an earlier time due to another client not being ready. They were quick and efficient on moving the old washer out and installing the new one.
