Brendan has done a couple of deliveries for us in the last year (oven and patio furniture). Our oven arrived and had some minor cosmetic damage (not caused during delivery) and he was quick to point it out to me and helped navigate the customer service from the company we had ordered from. Jay’s returned the oven to the company, and Brendan was back a couple of weeks later with the new one. He is always friendly, personable and professional. Brendan and Clayton picked up my dishwasher. They were both very kind, curious and quick. I received a call to let me know they were on their way and they showed up 10 minutes later as promised. Great service.
Top notch! They phoned me 10 min before they arrived. They were at my home with the new stove unpacked on the driveway when I arrived. Big smiles and happy faces. Super quick , efficient and very friendly.
