I’ve been seeing Jay for a few years (back in the day when he was working somewhere else). There’s no one else I trust to assess imbalances in my body more than Jay. He’s gotten me through multiple shoulder surgeries and a knee tear, and is always extremely intentional with our time. As much as we love to have sessions, he wants me to get out of his office as fast as he can, and back into the world - you are absolutely in good hands with Jay! If you are serious about reaching your potential, Jay is your guy.
Dr. Jay is very knowledgeable, quick and smart. Figures out your problem, treats it and provides an at home treatment routine plan. Gets everything done in one appointment and explains your alternative options.
I had a terrible meniscus tear in my left knee. Jay did an amazing job getting my mobility back and improving my strength in my entire leg. I think the most important part of therapy was having that 1 on 1 training. Having the same person throughout your entire recovery definitely makes a huge difference. I would 100% recommend Jay to anybody who needs therapy.
