I specifically chose to work with Jay because of his Certified Divorce Lending Professional credential. I am happy to report that Jay and Ellen were very responsive and helpful with my refinance/divorce equity buy-out loan. Jay followed up when he said he would and as a result, the whole process took only a few weeks. I also really appreciated Jay's patience with my questions and his willingness to share "technical" details about different loan types and the mortgage rate market.
Jay and his team are very timely and called weekly for updates even if nothing was happening. This helped calm me down during a stressful process!
This was a wonderful experience. I'm a First time home owner so I was very nervous about the process, with Jay's help everything was simple and easy to follow. I highly recommend them!
Jay was great when I made my initial contact to Movement. But Megan is the one that kept the wheels turning. She was very diligent in letting me know what I needed to do in a timely manner and even when I was frustrated she remained positive. We never met in person or even heard each others voices but we still created a great working relationship through email. She was in contact with me regularly. Megan is definitely the star of this team
