Very sad experience my poor daughter had trying to simply return items for a refund. The quality was very poor for the price and the sizing on oversized hoodies was not great.. Belinda the manager was extremely rude. Making inappropriate remarks and just not customer friendly. Nor was the staff manning the phone 📞 will never shop here again. Sorry.
