Customer service from staff member Sarah was outstanding!!! Sarah helped me to try find the items I was interested in & then when there was no stock available in my size 😔 she then checked the computer for other stores stock as well as online. Unfortunately there were none but was informed that new different stock for the SUPERNATURAL TV SHOW would most likely come in the future. Amazingly friendly & professional Thankyou it was extremely appreciated 👏 💐 I will definitely be back

Have you ever been to Knotfest? It comes to Australia every February. I went this year up in Brisbane - and saw Sumani, Slaughter to Prevail, Baby Metal, Polaris, Health, Enter Shikari, Hatebreed, Vended, Within Temptation, Miss May I, In Hearts Wake. And Slipknot. Man, it was a super hot day, lotta moshing, lotta head banging. So much so that in 12 hours of absolute carnage and beauty - I forgot to get merch. No merch! Absolute amateur hour.
