Honestly really disappointed with these Jay Jays jeans. Paid $100 for them about 3 weeks ago, and after just a couple days I noticed a small rip starting on one side. At first it was tiny, but it kept getting bigger and bigger with normal wear. Now the same thing is starting to happen on the other side too. For $100 jeans, this quality is actually wild. I popped into Jay Jays Watergardens today just to have a quick peek at the jackets for an upcoming holiday with my mum’s group and some tops for my daughters and it was a bit disappointing. There were two girls working and neither of them greeted me or offered to help, even though I was clearly looking through sizes. It was so surprising, whenever Jade or Phoebe were working they were always so friendly and helpful and would usually ask if you needed a size or a hand with anything. I used to love shopping at Jay Jays, mainly because of Jade who used to manage the store. The second I walked in she was always so happy, energetic and welcoming. She actually cared about customers and would always help me find sizes, suggest things and make the whole shopping experience fun.
