Honestly hands down the best experience Customer Service was so amazing helping my boyfriend find a new look making him comfortable and no jugment whats so ever so recommend for everyone

My friend and I went into the store today at 4.51pm, as we needed a last minute item. As we were quickly looking I could tell the worker wanted to close so I mentioned “hey don’t worry we will make sure we are out within the next 8 minutes” to which she replied rudely “ I don’t get paid overtime honey”. I'm still appalled from my recent shopping experience at Jay Jays. While presenting a pair of jeans at the counter, I was abruptly accused of tampering with the price tag by sticking a sale sticker on it??? (She explained that I heated it???- Which did not make sense) I was taken back by the allegation and assured the casual staff member (short in height redish/brownish hair female- wearing no name tag) that I had done no such thing.
