I’ve had a disappointing experience with Jays Jays, and unfortunately it has happened twice, once at mt. Druitt and once at tuggerah. The price displayed in-store was different from the price I was charged at the register. After I realised the mistake, I contacted customer service but never received a response. It’s frustrating to be charged more than the advertised price, and even more disappointing when there’s no follow-up or customer support. I expected better service and clearer pricing. I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Jay Jays at Tuggerah, thanks to Tamer. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and so helpful from the moment she started assisting me. Good value clothing with a sale on - lots of items under ten bucks. Hawkins High tees and graphic gear. Not my usual style but the prices are hard to argue with. Clean store and easy to get in and out. Decent for younger buyers or anyone after casual basics on a budget.
