Every time I have walked in here in recent times, the ladies never even say a simple hello. The girls who worked here a few years back were lovely. What happened? Also, why is your favourite sale “Buy 1, Get one 50% off” lol. Nobody wants to do that. Go visit Newcastle store instead, at least they used different sales.
