Two staff in the store today. One of the staff, Charlotte, was kind and nice the other was on a hair trigger and started arguing with me when I was asking to exchange an item. She started getting aggressive and I asked her why she was fighting with me and her response was "I can go all day buddy!". What a disgrace. My advice, get rid of her and hire someone more deserving of the job.
Went to this store last Thursday hoping to fine some basic sweats. While I was looking for my size with my cousin, an older lady working at the check out desk stared and observed with disgust thinking my cousin and I were trying to steal. This was definitely due to the fact that we were the only non white customers in the store. After all that we continued to attempt to purchase the clothes we wanted to prove a point. We weren’t even greeted, we were just looked at. Never again.

shoutout to Charlotte who served me and my partner 21/04/2024 she went above and beyond helping me with such late notice to pick a full outfit out for my partner ! Extremely helpful and friendly!! this is the kind of customer service we need everywhere !
