Nicely set put. Sales lady was friendly. Shopping centre in general was well set out
I walked into this jay jays with my little brother today as he wanted to look around. When I walked in the Store manager Candi was giving me dirty looks for absolutely no reason at all. I just ignored it and continued looking with my brother. At one point I walked past and smiled and said hi to her and got nothing in response but more dirty looks. This was very upsetting as I was with my brother and we just wanted to have a look. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Very clean and well organised shop. Staff was amazing extremely professional and heaps of knowledge of all the stock.... always a great place to shop...
Jays Jays does not support reducing covid transmission as there is no click and collect. All leading department stores offer click and collect. But instead you choose to only offer delivery which can be up to $20 extra depending on where you live. This is not acceptable . Please do not shop at this this retail chain as obviously the only thing they care about is there own pocket and increasing profits by only offering delivery option. Get with the current times Jays Jays.
