Genuinely so upsetting to hear that this place is shutting down :( I’ve been coming here for over nearly 10-11 years now? And staff have always been really chill and helpful with me. Honestly great clothing choices and a massive variety of choices! Still so sad and disappointed that Jayjays is closing down in rosebud :( really leaves nothing for teenagers / young adults to go to now. Massive support for the staff. 10/10
I love shopping at Jay Jay's they have such good style although their expensive. I love the clothes you guys design and put on stock especially the sales, I got two jeans from you on tuesday the 25th of June and saw amazing jeans on sale 2 for $80. There’s also this one lady LOVE HER, I don’t even know her name but everytime I go in there my god she makes herself seen and I love it, always asking if I need help and having a happy smile… keep it up girl friend.!
Stoped in during my trip to Melbourne store was clean and organised the manger kiarna was very nice and helpful she assisted me in getting some up high items we had a good chat during my shop and she let me know about the buy 1 get 1 50% of deal definitely will shop again she also was very friendly and had a nice conversation with my son as we browsed
Worst costumer service, young Cushier was rude as I had to help myself to get to the clothes after she stood at the front desk. Maybe Jay Jay staff need a lesson in customer service.
Had a disappointing encounter with the store manager at Jay Jays. Instead of a greeting, she aggressively approached me and my two school-aged children, loudly stating I couldn’t bring my drink inside. I calmly explained that my Boost drink was empty, had a covered lid, and I was not consuming it. She repeatedly spoke over me and refused my request to leave it at the counter while I browsed—despite having her own straw drink bottle there.
