I went into store to kill some time today. I was greeted by a lovely worker, Cyten. Who showed me the stores latest collections and their sale items. I never felt pushed to make a purchase and Cyten even helped me figure out what size I would need for a future purchase. Lovely quiet worker who didn't jump on me and make me feel uncomfortable, definitely shopping their if they are in store.
Great customer service this is the jay jays I suggest (fellow jay jay shoppers) should know there is 2 stores in Rockhampton but this one is to go to!
The fat, older, almost bald guy was ignorant and rude. I greeted him as I walked past the counter and browsed around and got no response, he seemed like he didn't want to be there at all and was more interested in his phone. I decided not to spend a cent and won't be back. A bad look for a store I once used to love.
