Hands down the best service I’ve experienced in a while from this store. Natalie went above and beyond to help me find the shorts and also size I was after — even though it was out of stock citywide! She was incredibly approachable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. Really appreciated her help
Very rude female staff, a guy charged more than marked price, when asked for refund asked to be in line again whereas I literally bought it 2 mins ago. Very unprofessional behaviour
Horrible customer service from the white women at the registers yesterday. Her attitude was disgusting, made me very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Should be replaced with someone with better customer service asap.
