Yesterday I bought this T Shirts from the Cheap Range while they were on Sale and the Salesperson who served me was friendly me.
I have to say, Natalie from the Parramatta store is an absolute gem! She was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with no hesitation. Earlier that morning, I went to the Merrylands store as soon as it opened, and the lady at the counter refused to offer me a refund and said she could only do an exchange claiming her system was down. Hands down the best service I’ve experienced in a while from this store. Natalie went above and beyond to help me find the shorts and also size I was after — even though it was out of stock citywide! She was incredibly approachable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. Really appreciated her help
