Very rude female staff, a guy charged more than marked price, when asked for refund asked to be in line again whereas I literally bought it 2 mins ago. Very unprofessional behaviour
Horrible customer service from the white women at the registers yesterday. Her attitude was disgusting, made me very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Should be replaced with someone with better customer service asap.
The staff is very rude and don’t care about customer. Surprisingly we have to take permission from staff to get into changing room even though it’s empty. Not a friendly store.
Customer desk employee young Caucasian guy was completely unaware and confused about the prices There were chino shorts on special 2 for$50. My husband wasted 20 minutes on trialling the sizes. When presented at the counter for payment he said the price has changed and now each is 35$. When asked to change info on the price card on the store shelf ….as it may confuse other customers, he bluntly refused to do that by saying he has other things to do.
