I took my teenage daughter into pac fair JayJays trying find her some clothes. I have to say Alex was a super star. His customer service and attention to detail really made our day! He listened to what we were looking for and made sure he went above and beyond to find it. We both left the store very happy. Thank you so much Alex. I really appreciate your efforts.

I’m giving 10 stars not 5!! It’s very rare to find workers who love what they do and go out of their way to give you the best customer experience. My little one and I came into jay jays pac fair today with the goal to find a year 6 graduation dress, we were so unsure about styles and were uncertain about what we were after, but Adrian came along and took away all our anxiety and concerns within minutes! I travelled up from my usual store 30 mins away just to get the set they put away for me, I normally get their names but I forgot. He was really helpful, sense of humour and a genuine smile.
