Danielle at Northland was super helpful and friendly. Great customer service which is lacking a lot in most places right now.
Me and my sister in law came in on Sunday to look around, the staff member Dani was super helpful and accommodating in helping us try on outfits and getting sizes and picking out some clothes that she thought we would like. Gave her honest opinions, made us feel comfortable and not trying to just make a sale, was super patient just a great experience coming into the store because of her. She should get a raise!
Staff were still so helpful to me during a stressful period of the year for them - took the time to search for what I wanted and in the sizes I needed. I felt listened to and assisted !
Danielle was the sweetest person ever. She took time to make sure I felt good and left happy! +the socks are adorable
Staff at the store on Saturday 17/05 were amazing. Both greeted me as I walked in and helped me grab a pair of jeans I liked. Lady was very knowledgeable on the jeans. Man in the store always doing something and helping out other customers in the store.
