rude manager (i'm assuming she's the manager) - was gossiping to coworkers about customers leaving clothes in wrong spot/dropping on floor. their hangers can't even hold the item properly? i work in fashion retail & know it can be annoying having to pick up clothes after people but i don't talk bad about them in front of them! manager needs to lighten up a bit.
Holy crap this is the best clothing store I've been too, jorts were TOP notch quality and the workers were the nicest people I have met in a year or so

I was just in your North lakes store and using my smart watch to pay and Maddie the manager that was serving me grabbed my injured/ sore wrist and twisted it so the payment could go through. No asking me just grabbed my injured/ sore wrist, don't grab other people not happy!
As soon as I entered your store on 3rd of April I was greeted by Tea and Sue with such warmth and sincerity I instantly felt relieved. I don’t enjoy clothes shopping however these ladies made my day. I will definitely be returning. Thanks ladies.
