I came to this store on Sunday around 3pm (3rd of May). Closed at 10am on a Wednesday… Sign said ‘sorry closed for stocktake, will reopen at 11.30.’ First of all, why aren’t you doing stocktake during non-customer hours? Second, I waited all that time then returned at 11.30 to find it still closed, two other poor ladies waiting… Waited even longer then knocked on the glass, the staff all turned to look at us with annoyed looks, then turned their backs and continued to chat with each other. Walked in to quickly look at a top that caught our eye to be greater with "Hey guys we close in 7 minutes". Super rude and unnecessary, maybe if there was 2 minutes to go sure. Turned right around to leave and save my money.
Great store with a good range of trendy styles. The layout is clean and easy to browse, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant shopping experience
