Rude customer service. Especially the asian girl with glasses. Yelling at customers and telling customers off instead of asking of they can help politely.
Customer service training clearly isn't evident with particular staff. Rather than a "can Ihelp you approach" when trying to obtain clothing out of reach with the poles left in the store clearly for that purpose and no offer of assistance by staff prior to the incident we were jumped upon and were immediately scorned and accused that we were likely to have someone's eye out and consequently sue the company. Worst experience ever had walking into the shop with my kids yesterday had a young lady serving us she basically treated us like we were going to steal something. I’ve never had that happened to me before and it ruined my whole day and at the end she ripped us off! I brought my son two pairs of pants that were meant to get 50 percent off the second pair. She did not apply the discount and I didn’t want to go back in there after having the experience I had. I will keep buying online. Not returning to this shop!
