Came in today to have a look and immediately had a couple people asking if they could help. When I told them what I was looking for, I was presented with options by a friendly young man who helped me choose exactly what I wanted. I was then served by a person (I think they're NB?) Who was super polite, asked me my pronouns and I was left with an incredibly positive experience from this store. Will definitely be coming back.
