“I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a water bottle and asked the staff if I could return it if it didn’t keep water warm for a few hours. The staff assured me that I could try it and return it within 30 days, according to their return policy. When I got home, I filled the bottle with hot water, but it was cold after an hour.
