Not sure of his name, but the man serving my teenage son yesterday was amazing. Went above and beyond to help him. I watched him interact with other customers and he was fantastic. So lovely to see such genuine customer service. He made it so easy for my son to chose.

Every time I’ve gone to jay jays in the Sunshine Plaza I have been served by Sam (I think his name is Sam, I apologise if not). He has always gone above and beyond from the second I’ve walked into the store and I can confidently say coming from a management background that he has the best customer service in the entire shopping centre. Jay Jays should feel proud to have such a fantastic staff member on their team representing their store so well.
