Asked a simple question around 5:45 PM and was met with unnecessary rudeness. Very disappointing, especially from someone in customer service.
Wouldn’t usually write a review but have to share this amazing experience. My grandma told me she was lost looking for the Priceline, she walked into the jay jays and a lovely young lady named Tamika helped her by taking time out of her day to walk her there. Stories like these really restores my faith in humanity. Thank you Tamika !!!!
Unacceptable experience. The staff member with purple hair blatantly ignored me when I asked if anyone was working at the counter. Then I had to raise my voice in front of my children, and even then, she refused to acknowledge me until other customers had to step in and get her attention. Her attitude felt so dismissive and inappropriate that I can’t help but wonder if it was rooted in bias or racism.
