Went in with a friend. We had a 1 and 2 year old in the trolley and a 3 and 4 year old out of the trolley. They were very bored and full of energy. Lilly and Zoe were extremely understanding. The kids were getting rowdy. Lilly was amazing and allocated them a spot to run around and have "races" and encouraged them to "hide" in a vacant dressing room. On the 19/5 I had the worst experience with the staff and did not feel welcome shopping. If I did not need to get something then and there I would I have put things back and left. Normally the staff are lovely and lovely atmosphere.
Came in for my daughter to use her gift card, guy that served her was super patient while she worked out how to swipe and type in the pin. Was super busy as-well being Boxing Day to so extra thankful to him for being so great!!
My docket tells me that I was served by Maree on Wednesday the 11th on September. Big ol' shout out to Maree because I was having a bugger of a day and I swear I threw that merchandise on the table like a Neanderthal. I apologised and she not only made me feel cool about it but managed to upsell me a pair of jeans that I actually really needed for the half price sale. Get this though??
