I went shopping here with my grandaughter for the Boxing Day sales. My grandaughter found a red dress she liked, above was not one but three large signs saying 50% off. The sop assistant got the dress down for my grandaughter to try on. My grandaughter decided to buy the dress. When we got to the counter it was full price! I said to the shop assistant “ your sign clearly says 50% off”? She rudely replued “ we’ve been run off our feet and haven’t had time to get the ladder to remove the signs above the dresses!!! We had an amazing shopping experience today whilst being looked after by Sam. The service and attention were above and beyond any I have experienced in a long time. Lastly and most importantly to me, you made my daughter not only feel welcome and heard, but you made her confident in being herself. Thank you again, you absolute gem.

Sam and Devoe were just awesome, I came in after I saw a sale sign just having a quick look around Devoe was bright and bubbly and very helpful offering to order in a size shirt for me. Sam gave me some great advice on some skirts and shirts so now I have a bunch on new combos that fit really nicely on me and are really comfy, the team went as far as to organize ordering in a size shirt that I really loved.
