Went in today to get some new shorts for my holiday next week and Sam was super helpful and really kind. He went the extra mile with arranging express post for items not in store so they will arrive before I leave. He definitely deserves a pay rise!

On the 7/12/24 I came into the kawana store, A big shout out to the two lovely ladies in there Kalani & Heather, Thankyou for giving me a great shopping experience and assisting me when you could, people like you girls are the ones we appreciate. Will definitely be going back into the store if they are there, once again thanks a lot girls

Went in there today, and had a wonderful experience. Staff were so helpful, especially Sam, he put a lot of care and effort into his customer service. He definitely deserves a pay rise, what a wonderful retail assistant and great asset to the JayJays Kawana team! Will definitely be going back there to buy more!!!
