Came into Jay Jays Karrinyup on 3 July to return an item that didn’t fit, and unfortunately I was met by one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment I asked for a refund, she was dismissive, judgemental, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. She demanded my receipt in an unnecessarily rude way and insisted that the card I had used to purchase the item was incorrect, even though I only own one card and was certain it was the one I paid with.
